• Profile photos you upload

We also collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system, and usage patterns to improve app performance.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the PraiseFlowPro platform
• Enable team collaboration features (setlists, messaging, scheduling)

• Process subscription payments via Stripe

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Your organization's administrators — who can see member profiles and activity within their organization
• Stripe — for secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data
• Service providers — trusted third parties who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., email delivery, cloud hosting)
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users

5. Microphone & Device Permissions

The AI Practice Tools feature (specifically the Live Pitch Detector) requires microphone access. This audio is processed locally on your device and is not stored or transmitted to our servers. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal information is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data via your Profile page
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data upon request

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls to protect your information.

9. Children's Privacy

PraiseFlowPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
